Tirebuyer: Installer Job & Fleet Management app
The continued and increased demand for convenience and speed-of-service has brought about a change in the way customers both buy tyres as well as what they expect from the company they are buying them from.
Nothing is more convenient than having tyres installed at your home or workplace so with an increased demand for mobile tyre installation, comes a need for better technology and on-the-go fleet management.
This is an early-stage, live project so as well as limiting what I can show, I have intentionally omitted confidential elements of this app design.

Challenges & approach
The aim of this app is to become the mobile installers digital toolkit and become an all-in-one where the user can plan their route, manage all aspects of current and new bookings, access notes and calendars but also connect to a vehicle databse for key information.
The biggest chanllenge as with anything complex that is designed for a handheld device is displaying that information in a clear and logical order and not overwhelming the user.
The app allows the user to amend all aspects of their schedule whilst connecting to existing systems to ensure all teams are kept current and the customer receives the best possible service.
